Supported Devices
Extend is a 'Bring Your Own Device' service. All devices must be unlocked and support Voice over LTE (VoLTE). Devices listed as 'Supported' below are ready to use out of the box and will be supported across all future OS/firmware upgrades. Devices listed as 'Compatible' may require manual configuration and are only supported for the specified OS/firmware. Devices not on either list may be used but are not guaranteed to work and are not eligible to receive support.
Phones
Supported Phones
iOS 15.4 or later support
SUPPORTED DEVICES:
- • iOS 15.4 or later. Recommended: iOS 17.1+
- • iPhone XR or later. iPhone 12+ recommended
- • US and Global iPhone models only
- • eSIMs supported
KNOWN ISSUES:
- • VoLTE must be manually enabled in some countries
- • Business number must be manually entered with eSIM
Pixel devices with Android 13+
SUPPORTED DEVICES:
- • Android 13 with March 2023 update or later
- • Pixel 7 and later
- • eSIMs supported
KNOWN ISSUES:
- • Pixel 7a is not recommended for international roamers
Android 14 and select Android 13 devices
SUPPORTED DEVICES:
- • Android 14, 15, 16 and 17 or (US and European models only)
- • Android 13 and OneUI 5.1 (see lists below)
- • US and European models only
- • Check the Samsung website for eSIM support
KNOWN ISSUES:

Motorola has introduced support for Tango Extend on all devices manufactured after January 1 2026 and select devices prior to that.

KNOWN ISSUES:
- • WiFi calling is not currently supported on Motorola devices
Warning: Devices that were originally locked may not work with Tango Extend due to provider specific firmware.
