The Challenge
A service day is a chain of small calls, and each weak link costs a truck roll. The call-ahead from an unknown number goes unanswered and the customer isn't home. The customer's callback goes to the engineer's personal phone and dispatch reschedules blind. The follow-up about a part goes wherever the last conversation happened.
None of it is visible to the company. Who promised what arrival window, what the customer was told about the repair — it lives on phones the business does not control, and it leaves when the engineer does.
The Solution
