Global Pass – Plans for Smartphones

Global Pass plans cover usage in our Home and Home Away Countries. Simply select the plan matching the data requirements of your employee’s job role. Add the Day Pass add-on for international roaming coverage.

Second Line

Best for users who want to add a business line to their personal device. This plan assumes data access is via the user’s personal SIM.

Fixed Wireless Devices – Plans for Fixed Devices

Fixed Wireless Device plans are designed for non-mobile devices such as deskphones and Analog Telephone Adapters (ATAs) located in one of our Home Countries.

Standard

Best for devices that require voice, messaging, and control data (e.g. firmware updates, reboot signals, etc.)

Standard Plus Hotspot

Best for devices that require voice, messaging, and control data as well as the ability to function as a WiFi hotspot.

Pay for what you use high speed hotspot data

¹ Refers to calling on the mobile network. Like any UC endpoint, Extend delivers all calls to the subscriber’s UC platform. Please consult with your UC service provider for outbound call routing charge information (e.g. international toll calling).

² Support for SMS/MMS messaging is dependent on number type and is generally only available for mobile numbers (worldwide) and landline/wireline numbers in the U.S.
