Country Availability
Tango Networks operates a globally capable Mobile UC service, based on the latest IMS Core technology and agreements to use mobile infrastructure to provide services in all countries.
Access Levels
There are two types of country where access to Tango Extend is available. Each provides a different level of service.
On-Net Countries
- These are countries where Tango Networks has a direct mobile carrier relationship.
- The service provided is a fully supported mobile service which can support mobile and landline numbers.
- Subscribers can be provisioned in these countries.
Tango Services available in On-Net countries:

| MMS | Supported in the USA only |
| Data Services | 3G to 5G (where available) |
| Service SLAs | Yes |
On-Net countries currently available are UK and USA
Off-Net Countries
- These are countries where Tango Network has indirect roaming agreements with mobile operators.
- Tango Extend services can be used in these countries on a roaming basis.
- Charges for roaming are for mobile Voice, SMS and Data by the Zone in which any particular country is assigned.
- Zone charges apply for all countries included in any particular Zone
- There are 6 International Roaming Zones
- There are some countries in which the service is not available (Zone 7 countries)
- There are 209 Off-Net countries in which subscribers provisioned in a Home Country can roam to and use Tango Extend
- Roaming policies can be configured to allow roaming to specific countries or Zones.
